Our solution deals with all types of contracts and there are a variety of ways to search and filter for a required contract or batch of contracts.

An originating contract is set against the track so that no matter how many times you reuse or license out the track, the income and costs will always be included against the right contract.

(This has proved to be invaluable for the digital age) .

The release manager can hold all of the relevant information for a particular catalogue – grouping the different formats according to a master code.

The database holds additional information (other than pure royalty info) so that you can run a completely integrated solution:

• Sleeve scans
• Barcodes
• Release date per region
• Territorial pricing

We believe our system to be unique in that it is built around the track database.

A track can easily be classified as a digital release - download, stream or ringtone (we feel clients need to distinguish between these to future proof their data). A track can also be turned into a licensed deal.

The audit area is where all your transactional data is managed

If you opt for integrated link in to your accounting solution then there is a full audit trail from the accounting data into Korrect - we utilise any analysis or departmental coding within your chart of accounts to assist the royalty process.

Data can also be automatically imported into the Audit area where it can then be analysed, edited and/or re-coded.

Every single part of our system is uploadable from this module - we have templates for all information so that the initial setup and ongoing data handling is as efficient and easy as possible.

On the Publishing side we have feeds in from PRS and MCPS plus sub publishers.

This is where we manage the production of the royalties. Our system is so flexible that you could move your royalties on one month at a time so that there is not a backlog of work to be done every quarter or six month period.

The system can cope with a mix of monthly, quarterly and bi-annual periods.

Periods can be moved back and forward so it is possible to run a contract for one period, archive it, move forward to another period, run another contract and then go back to the first period if necessary.

One of most recent additions to the system functionality is the ability to export data in many formats for Digital providers or aggregators - we have an iTunes, Bleep, CI, Amazon output to name a few.

These can be in Excel, CSV or XML.

Our works manager administers all of your publishing information.

We are working with the PPL for new ways to automate the processes between our data held and the information they currently hold.

This is currently only available on the inhouse platform due to its recent launch (we launch on one platform and then roll out to the other).

Another module we have been developing and due for release soon is the Licensing manager which controls all negotiations during a license enquiry both coming in to your organisation and setting up your own projects.

You then have at the touch of a button the history for all deals associated to a certain work.
